Waitlist privacy

This notice explains what happens to the information you give when you join the waitlist for Homer™ and HOA Super Intelligence™ on hoasuperintelligence.com. The site is operated by Doc Vault Inc., which does business as HOA Doctor® (“HOA Doctor,” “we,” “us”).
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter and basic details about the signup: which form you used on the page and the date and time. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, HOA, or payment information to join the waitlist.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To send you updates about Homer’s launch and when access becomes available for your community.
- To understand interest in the product, for example how many people have joined.
- To keep the waitlist secure and free of spam.
Joining the waitlist does not require a payment or a homeowner review, and it does not sign you up for any HOA Doctor service.
Emails and unsubscribing
By joining, you agree to receive launch and access emails from HOA Doctor. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We do not send text messages to waitlist signups.
Who processes your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the waitlist, and they process your information only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the signup request.
- HighLevel (our customer relationship and email platform) stores your email address and sends waitlist emails.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google.
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address while the waitlist and launch communications are active, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us as described below.
Children
The waitlist is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle waitlist information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
